1. Aus einer beliebigen Anzahl hintereinanderliegender zylindrischer Metallelektroden bestehende elektrostatische Linse, bei der die einzelnen Elektroden mittels eines Halbleiterkörpers miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Feldraum zugewendete Oberfläche des Halbleiterkörpers (2) in Richtung der Linsenachse gewölbt ist, so dass eine gewünschte Konfiguration des elektrischen Feldes erzielt wird.
