Abstract

Der Anschlag und die Rückhaltevorrichtung 3 für Pflugscharen 1, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, beinhaltet ein spezielles Anschlag- und Fixiersystem für Schneepflugscharen.   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein   Anschlag- und Flxiersystem   für Schneepflugscharen bei Schneepflügen. Die Hauptfunktion liegt darin, dass Pflugscharen im Räumeinsatz in einer fixen Halteposition verweilen, um einen optimalen Räumeinsatz zu gewährleisten. 



  Sollte jedoch eine Abscherung der Pflugschar erforderlich sein (durch Hindernisse, wie z. B. Kanaldeckel, etc. ), hat die Rückhaltevorrichtung die Funktion, die Pflugschar für den kinematischen Abschervorgang freizugeben. 



  Nach Überwindung des Hindernisses ist die Pflugschar von der Rückhaltevorrichtung wieder aufzunehmen. 



  Zugleich erfolgt ein gedämpftes und geräuscharmes Abfangen der Pflugschar, da die   Rückhalte-Arretierung   aus Kunststoff besteht. 



  Durch eine zusätzliche Verstellmöglichkeit ist es möglich, den Rückhaltemoment der Pflugschar genau zu definieren. Dadurch können die verschiedensten Pflugtypen   und-grossen   nach diesem Prinzip bestückt werden. 



  Anhand der Zeichnung wird die Erfindung näher beschrieben.

Der Arretierbügel (2) dient zur Fixierung bei der Rückhaltevorrichtung (3). Die Rückhaltevorrichtung wird vorzugsweise auf einen Pflugrahmen (5) oder ähnlicher Anlenkung fixiert. 



  Die Rückhaltevorrichtung lässt sich durch ein Verstellblatt (4) auf das gewünschte Rückhaltemoment einstellen. 



  Bei der Rückhaltevorrichtung (3) befindet sich zusätzlich die Poistion (6) als definierter Anschlag und zugleich definierte Positionierung der Pflugschar (1). 



  Der definierte Anschlag (6) ist durch die Kunststoffausführung der Rückhaltevorrichtung (3) sehr materialschonend und zugleich lärmdämmend. Dies hat speziell in verkehrsberuhigten Zonen einen erheblichen Vorteil zur Folge. 



  Diese Rückhaltevorrichtung ist theoretisch für momentan alle Schneepflüge mit Abschervorrichtung der gesamten Pflugschar als zusätzliche Optimierung des Schneepfluges adaptierbar.
