Bei einer zeitweiligen Dauerbeanspruchung bis 5000C zeigen die Platten keinerlei Veränderungen.
Beispiel : Eine Formmasse aus 47, 3 Gew.-% 20% tgem Schlamm (Abschlamm der Papierfabrik Schentelen, Oberlenningen, die Kunstdruck-und Dokumentenpapier herstellt), 47 Gew.-% des oben erwähnten Zuschlagstoffes (Perlit), 4,5 Gew.-% Epoxyharz und 1, 2 Gew.-% Aminhärter werden in einem üblichen Kneter gemischt, in eine Packpresse mit Lochblechen zum Entzug der Feuchtigkeit gegeben und dort bei 1700C getrocknet. Nach dem Trocknen werden die Isolierplatten auf Masse geschliffen. Sie können als solche oder mit einem Anstrich versehen im Fertighausbau angewendet werden.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Bau- bzw. Isolierplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie 13-17 Gew.-% Papierschlamm-Feststoffe, 7 5-6 5 Gew.-% eines Zuschlagstoffes, insbesondere Perlit, sowie 2-5Gew.-% Feuchtigkeit enthält und 8-5 Gew.-% Epoxyharz sowie 2 - 1, 5 Gew. -0/0 Aminharz als Verklebungsmittel aufweist.
