Description

Blenden bezeichnet.

Machine tools with hydrostatic bearings
The invention relates to a hydrostatically supported guidance of machine tools with an inflow of the pressure oil and an outflow of the relaxed oil within a system of pressure chambers with associated relaxation surfaces and drainage channels located on the underside of the machine part to be moved and sealed against the atmosphere.
The purpose of the invention is to make such hydrostatic bearings usable in addition to clamping machine parts, such as a machine table. The advantage of such a possibility is particularly great in the case of machine parts that are guided vertically or at an angle. To achieve the stated purpose, a hydrostatic bearing is proposed in which the pressure chambers are attached to several guide surfaces on different levels of a machine part facing one another, the pressure oil supply being carried out separately for each arrangement located on the surfaces of different levels.
With the help of the invention, machines can now be implemented in which either hydrostatic bearings or clamping can be carried out by appropriate switching.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is briefly described with reference to the drawing. A machine table is shown with the associated switching scheme for either hydrostatic mounting or clamping of the same.
When switching to position 0, there is no pressure in the system. When switching according to position 1, the hydrostatic bearing takes place through the supply of pressure oil as shown in the diagram. The oil is fed to all pressure chambers 4 in parallel by the pump 3. The oil runs off via the expansion surfaces 5 and drainage channels 6 - in which the seals are also arranged.
A circuit according to position 2 results in a clamping of the table shown.
In the present example this takes place via the pressure chambers 4 ', 4 "and 4". During the jamming process (circuit 2), the oil is first fed directly into the drainage channels 6 (access via lines 7, which otherwise served as drains). These are ring channels which - like the relaxation areas - surround the pressure chambers. In the last case treated, the oil enters the actual pressure chambers via the expansion area (annular area), from which it cannot flow because the check valve 8 located in the respective supply line to this pressure chamber shuts off.
Similarly, check valves with the opposite direction of action are of course also provided in the lines 7. When using the device for hydrostatic storage, there is only low pressure in the outflow channels 6, caused by the flow resistances in the return lines 7. When used for clamping, on the other hand - as described last - there is full pressure in the outflow channels (leakage oil collection chamber), as it is through the setting on the safety valve 9 of the circuit results. With 10 throttle points or orifices are designated.
