Fertigsohle
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fertigsohle, deren Lauffläche und Seitenflächen mit einem Überzug versehen sind. Fertigsohlen aus Gummi od. dgL sind bekannt, die an der Lauffläche und an den Seitenflächen einen Überzug aufweisen. Dieser bekannte Überzug besteht aber aus Leder oder ähnlichem Material, welches den Grenzflächen der Sohle entsprechend angemessen, ausgeschnitten oder ausgestanzt und durch Kleben auf die Sohle aufgebracht ist. Eine solche Klebeverbindung ist aber nicht nur umständlich, sondern auch wenig haltbar, da beim Gebrauch die aufgeklebten Teile des Überzuges leicht abgestreift werden können.
Bei der erfindungsgemässen Fertigsohle hingegen besteht der Überzug aus Polyurethan.
Mit einem Polyurethanüberzug versehene Fertigsohlen wurden bisher so hergestellt, dass auf grössere Stücke oder Bahnen von Leder, Gewebe, Karton, porösen, saugfähigen Kunststoffen, wie Kunststoffschaum u. dgL, z. B. Polyvinyl- oder Polyurethanschaum oder auf Gummi oder Schaumgummi, Polyurethanschichten aufgezogen oder aufgespritzt werden. Aus diesen so erhaltenen Schichtstoffen werden dann einzelne Schuhsohlen ausgeschnitten oder ausgestanzt. Bei den so erhaltenen Fertigsohlen sind aber die Seitenflächen unbeschichtet und daher dem Eintritt von Feuchtigkeit und der Abnutzung ausgesetzt.
Die erfindungsgemässe Fertigsohle hingegen ist nicht nur auf der Laufseite, sondern auch an der umlaufenden Seitenfläche mit einem Überzug aus Polyurethan versehen.

The invention relates to a finished sole, the running surface and side surfaces of which are provided with a coating. Finished soles made of rubber or the like are known which have a coating on the tread and on the side surfaces. However, this known covering consists of leather or similar material which is cut or punched out according to the boundary surfaces of the sole and applied to the sole by gluing. Such an adhesive connection is not only cumbersome but also not very durable, since the glued-on parts of the cover can easily be stripped off during use.
In the case of the finished sole according to the invention, on the other hand, the coating consists of polyurethane.
Prefabricated soles provided with a polyurethane coating have so far been produced in such a way that larger pieces or strips of leather, fabric, cardboard, porous, absorbent plastics such as plastic foam and the like can be used. dgL, e.g. B. polyvinyl or polyurethane foam or on rubber or foam rubber, polyurethane layers are drawn or sprayed. Individual shoe soles are then cut out or punched out of these laminates obtained in this way. In the finished soles obtained in this way, however, the side surfaces are uncoated and therefore exposed to the ingress of moisture and wear.
The finished sole according to the invention, on the other hand, is provided with a polyurethane coating not only on the running side but also on the circumferential side surface.
