Method for producing a textile composite
The invention relates to a method for producing a textile composite, in which a textile material lying on a base web is connected by sewing by means of loops pulled out of this material.
It has already been proposed to sew together a fiber layer arranged on a base web by means of fiber loops pulled out of the fiber layer.
This process is used to manufacture linings, plush, jacket fabrics, floor coverings and other products with poles.
It has been found that instead of fibers, a group of threads can also be used to form the top of the goods.
According to the invention it is therefore proposed that threads arranged in a sharp shape and lying in the longitudinal direction, eg. B. monofilament and polyfilament silks, filaments in the form of tow and spun or twisted threads, applied and then connected to the base sheet.
By using a thread sheet, a substantial improvement in the quality of the pile products produced can be achieved because the endless threads can be anchored better in the base material than the fibers of a fleece and therefore a particularly abrasion-resistant material is created.
The use according to the invention of threads instead of fibers is not limited to thread layers which are formed from elementary threads which are stacked on top of one another after they have been spun.
Since the endless threads, in contrast to fibers, are tied into the base sheet, an extraordinarily strong bond is created between the thread layer and base sheet.
