   Die   Mischtrommel-1, 2- ist in   üblicher Weise in der   Lagerstelle --7-- drehbar.   Aus der Fig. 4 ist zu ersehen, dass das durch die gepressten   Flanschränder-3, 4-- geschaffene Zahnprofil   dem   Zahnritzel --5-- angepasst   ist, das auf der   Welle --13-- unverdrehbar   sitzt. Das Kugellager --12-- ist nach aussen hin nicht nur durch eine Abdeckung-8-, sondern durch drei Filzscheiben   - 9   bis   11-so   dicht abgeschlossen, dass keinerlei Fremdkörper bis zum   Lager-12-vordringen   können. Dadurch ist eine hohe Lebensdauer des Lagers sichergestellt.

   Durch die verhältnismässig glatte Oberfläche des   Zahnprofils-3, 4- ist   das mit diesem zusammenwirkende Ritzel nur einem geringen Verschleiss unterworfen, so dass es aus diesem Grund möglich ist, das erwähnte geräuscharme   Kunststoffritzel--5--zu   verwenden. 



    PATENTANSPRÜCHE :    
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Mischtrommel mit Zahnkranz für Betonmischer, deren Trommelhälften mit Flanschen aufeinandergesetzt und verbunden werden, d a d u r c h g e k e n n -   zeichnet,   dass die Flanschränder durch Punktschweissung (eventuell Rollnaht) miteinander verbunden, hierauf beschnitten und im kalten Zustand zu einem Zahnprofil gepresst werden.
