Elektromagnetischer Selbstunterbrecher.

Electromagnetic self-breaker.
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic self-interrupter of the type used in induction apparatus, bells, buzzers and other purposes. The invention relates in particular to such self-breakers in which the return of the armature to the rest position takes place without complete interruption of the circuit. The present invention is essentially intended to achieve a reliable effect of the solenoid interrupter while avoiding residual phenomena and using the least amount of electrical energy.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically. The electromagnetic system of the breaker consists of two independent ones
EMI1.1
and the winding e, through which the current constantly flows, in turn has an effect on the armature. The repetition of the process described results in a constant swaying of the Auker. It is obvious that with this arrangement the electromagnetic effect of the coil g can be very small. since no special force is required to return the anchor.
It is already known that the winding e, through which the current flows constantly, only with
EMI1.2
With this known arrangement, it is absolutely necessary that the winding y exerts a much stronger electromagnetic effect on the armature than the winding p. which remains constant from the influence on the anchor. The subject of the present invention differs from this arrangement in that the temporarily

is, but only has to exert a very small force, since the coil f is also excited at the same time. which cancels the effect of the coil e.
A particular advantage of the present interrupter is that it is almost sparkless (long. This is due on the one hand to the fact that the two opposing windings e and f act like a capacitor lying parallel to the spark gap, and on the other hand presumably also have the effect that during the interruption -

the two windings f and e in this relation have the effect of a bintar wound coil.

The figure shows the invention only schematically, without going into the construction, which can of course be chosen very differently depending on the intended use of the self-interrupter, taking into account the various construction principles.
The coil 9 can also be used in series with the winding /.
