Leitungsschutzschalter

<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
1Schaltergehäuses-l-angeordneten Schaltschloss zusammenwirkt.
Die vom Verbraucherstrom durchflossene Auslösespule-5-zieht vermittels ihres Eisenkerns
EMI2.1

1Switchgehäuses-l-arranged switch lock interacts.
The tripping coil-5-through which the consumer current flows pulls by means of its iron core
EMI2.1
g-at-9-angled flap-12-at. This is located in the middle part of the release lever - -9--, which in turn is mounted as a one-armed lever against the force of a spring --11-- around its lower end --10-- and with its upper end also on the ratchet lever - -6-- is able to act to trigger the key switch.
The iron core 8 surrounded by the trip coil 5 is formed as a simple stamped part from a sheet metal strip and has a central U-shaped core bow, on the two leg ends of which pole flaps --15-- are angled, which overlap the coil face. On the other hand, the U-shaped core bow with its U-web protrudes over one end of the coil --5--.
The progress achieved by the inventive measures compared to the known state of the art consists in the creation of a line circuit breaker with a relatively low switch-off delay, which is due to the short pull-in time of the release lever -9- and the good magnetic conditions due to the double points of attack between the iron core --8-- and anchor is achieved. As a result of the lever ratio of the release lever -9-, which is achieved by the anchor deflection provided in its central area, the actuation path of the release lever is -9- at its point of application on the equal-armed ratchet lever -6, and thus also in the latching point of the ratchet lever - -6-- with the key switch only half as large as the armature movement.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Miniature circuit breaker with electromagnetic, thermal or manual release, with a pivoted release lever, which is influenced by a release coil in its middle area against the pressure of a spring and which, with its free end, points to the switching mechanism
EMI2.2
in its central area, influenced by the trip coil (5), is provided with an angled portion (12) bridging the pole ends of the iron core (8) of the electromagnetic trip coil in the energized state.
