  Mehrschichtige Platte

Fig. 3 gibt eine Schrägansicht wieder.

  Multi-layer plate
The invention relates to a multi-layer slab which has two concrete slabs and at least one intermediate layer of slabs made of a heat and sound-insulating material, e.g. B. foam plastic, includes and embedded in the outer plates, extending through the middle layer bolt-shaped spacers made of a plastic or other suitable material, the spacers have offset points whose distance is greater than the thickness of the middle layer.

Difficulties can arise with such panels when, which is the case in particular with floor panels, greater pressures are exerted on the panel surface. In fact, inexpensive insulating materials which are advantageous per se can be compressed when pressure is exerted on the plate surface due to the failure of the anchoring of the spacers and thus the plate can be made practically unusable.

To avoid these disadvantages, it is proposed according to the invention that the sections of the spacers lying outside the recessed points be conical with an outwardly increasing diameter and that the diameter of the central part be larger than the smallest diameter of the conical section.

According to a further characteristic of the invention, the end section of the spacer tapers to the outside and has the shape of a cone.

Further details and features of the invention are described below with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show the panel according to the invention in plan and floor plan. 3 shows an oblique view. FIG. 4 shows the embodiment of the bolt according to the invention on an enlarged scale and FIG. 5 shows the bolt according to FIG. 4 in connection with a plate.

The plate according to the invention comprises two outer layers - 1, 2 - which are connected to one another and supported against one another by spacers. When using the slab as a floor slab, the layer - 1 - is the upper layer that has been walked on, whereas the layer

They are provided with a heat-insulating and sound-absorbing insulating layer - 4 - which can consist of a foam plastic, for example. Of course, several insulation layers --4-- can also be provided.

The spacers, by means of which the two outer layers - 1, 2 - are connected to one another, are provided in the form of bolts - 3 - which are firmly anchored in the outer layers - 1, 2 - e.g. B. are poured.

In a plate designed in this way, the outer layers are not only connected to one another by the spacers, but are supported against one another in such a way that a load on the upper outer layer --1 --- via the bolts - 3 - without impairing the insulating layers - on the lower outer layer - 2 - and thus transferred to the sub-floor. The insulation layers can therefore be made from a cheap one without impairing the strength of the panel

--5-- on, spacers, a better support of the layers-1, 2- against each other is guaranteed. As a result of the distance - 6 - of the separated points from one another, the spacers protrude with their more strongly developed middle part on both sides of the insulating layers - 4 - into the layers made of solid material - 1, 2 - and are supported against them the remote locations - S-- reliably.

For better attachment in the outer layers - 1, 2 - are those outside of the detached ones
 EMI2.2
If the surface of the layer - 2 - is sufficient, the outer layer - 1 - is practically supported directly on the plate support; When the plate is used as a floor plate, a load on the floor is transmitted directly to the sub-floor. The conical design of the part - -10-- facilitates its introduction into the layer - 2--.

According to a practical embodiment, the thickness of the insulating layer - 4 - and the one outer layer - 2 - is approximately the same and the thickness of the other outer layer - 1 - is approximately half greater than the thickness of the insulating layer - -4--. Layer 1, which absorbs the loads, is therefore stronger than the other layers. In any case, the spacers are inserted deeper into the outer layer - 2 - than in the layer on top, so that the surface of this layer - 1 - is not penetrated by the spacers.

It can also be made of metal, such. B. be cast. The spacers can also be held in place in layers 1 and 2 by means of grooves provided on them. It is also possible to cover the upper surface of the outer layer - 1 - with a decorative or particularly abrasion-resistant protective layer.

It is also possible to additionally glue the individual layers to one another or to connect them in some other way.
