Device for making stairs
The invention relates to a device for manufacturing stair steps and relates to one in which in particular the molding table for the step surface of the step is provided with at least one vibrator.
In the manufacture of stair treads, there has been more and more use of devices specifically provided for this purpose, so-called stair step machines, in which a
Most of the essential operations are performed by machine. These devices all have in common that they consist of a mold table with a removable, preferably pivotable mold frame for the step part of the stair step, as well as a wall arranged essentially perpendicular to it, which forms the mold in cooperation with a mold wall provided on the tread load for the step bridge arranged perpendicular to the tread. Vibrators are attached to the lower surface of the forming table.
In a further embodiment of these known devices, it has already been proposed to provide a web surcharge that can be actuated independently of the tread surface load for the upper edge of the stair tread to smooth this upper edge and at the same time compress the entire stair tread part.
It has now been shown that although such devices work very satisfactorily, they cause extraordinary noise due to the vibrating device, so that relatively large expenditures have to be made to insulate them, which is particularly necessary when such devices are used in densely populated residential areas Should be used.
In addition, however, the compression of the concrete mass in the stair web area perpendicular to the tread is not yet sufficiently satisfactory that the vibrating arrangement on the molding table in conjunction with the web surcharge alone is not sufficient for completely perfect compaction of the web molding.
Finally, no satisfactory solution has yet been found for removing the finished cast stairs from the molding table, so that they have to be pushed off either by hand or by an additional arrangement.
It has now been found that through the special modification of the molding table, on the one hand, the noise caused by the vibrators can be almost completely eliminated and, on the other hand, in connection with this, there is a perfect handling for moving each manufactured staircase.
According to the invention, this is the case with a device for manufacturing stair steps consisting of a molding table with a removable or. pivotable mold frame for the step part of the step and from a wall arranged essentially perpendicular to it and a step surface load with angled mold wall as well as from a web load and a vibrating device possible in that the mold table is made up of several, essentially equally large, spaced apart and relatively symmetrically arranged, individual

Consists of molded table tops, each of which is connected to one another by a support plate attached to a surface part on the underside of each molded table top,
wherein each support plate carries at least one vibrator on its underside and that the wall is provided with at least one wall vibrator on its rear side.
The subdivision of the originally flat molding table into several single molding table plates considerably reduces the noise generated during the vibration process. The wall vibrator achieves very good compaction of the vertical staircase bridge.
Further features and advantages of the invention are illustrated in more detail with reference to the drawings, in which an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of the device from the front, FIG. 2 shows a schematic perspective partial view according to FIG. 1 seen from an end face of the device, FIG. 3 shows a detailed view of the molding table in a side or end view and FIG. 4 shows a detailed view of the molding table in front or Front view of the device.

By dividing the tabletop into several individual tabletops, the noise generated by the vibrating process of the vibrators is extremely attenuated, so that

this device can compete with any conventional machine of any other type in terms of its susceptibility to noise. In addition, the vibrator arrangement, which is arranged on the wall, ensures perfect compaction of the stair web standing perpendicular to the tread plate, which is still essentially reinforced by the web load. Otherwise, the operation of the device is the same as in the already known arrangements of this type.
