MagnetinduktormitSicherheitskontakt.

Magnetic inductor with safety contact.
The present invention relates to a magneto ignition inductor in which a safety contact is arranged outside the bearing for the transfer of the current from the pole of the armature winding attached to the armature body to the stationary body of the apparatus, in addition to the contacts formed by the shaft bearing.
The arrangement known from these apparatuses (French patent no. 334591), the safety contact in a fixed or unscrewable metal capsule, which encloses the end of the armature shaft protruding from the bearing, either cantilevered or specially supported, in the form of a radial direction on the Anl, to arrange corrugated abrasive pencil, has the disadvantage that when trying to open the lap with already one
EMI1.1
becomes. Both arrangements also show the disadvantage that it is not possible to observe the contact in the company.
According to the present invention, the aforementioned disadvantages are avoided in that the fixed part of the safety contact is fastened directly to the bearing body, but under a removable protective capsule. This results in a particularly advantageous arrangement for free-floating armature shaft ends through the use of two opposing sides that rest on the stub shaft
Contacts that prevent one-sided stress on the bearing.
The drawing below shows the invention in an exemplary embodiment. A is the hollow stub shaft of the inductor, b a metal cap enclosing it. According to the invention, two curved leaf springs f are attached to the screwed-on angle support d on the bearing body c, each of which carries a carbon pin g that rubbes on the stub shaft a. With the cap b removed, the two sliding contacts are exposed. The contact between the pins h, which is insulated in the shaft, and the pins k inserted resiliently into the insulating insert i of the cap b, serves to transfer the current from the pole of the armature winding that is not connected to the armature.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Magnetic inductor with safety sliding contact outside the bearing, characterized in that the safety contact is enclosed by a removable protective cap (b) and firmly attached to the bearing body.
