Schwer entflammbares Bauelement

Fire retardant component
The invention relates to a flame-retardant component in wooden construction, in particular for walls, doors or the like, consisting of a, preferably square cross-section, oak frame, which is provided on both sides with at least one non-combustible or flame-retardant plate, e.g. B. asbestos cement, plasterboard or the like. Disguised and the interior is filled with non-combustible material.
It has been shown that such a construction element with further improved properties with regard to high fire safety and low flammability is obtained according to the invention in that a fire protection wallpaper is arranged between the oak frame and the cladding panels.
A fire protection wallpaper consists of a glass fiber fleece as a carrier for an insulating material (foaming agent) that foams in the heat.
When it comes to structural elements for walls, according to a further feature of the invention, the fire protection wallpaper can also cover the end faces of the frame. It can be sufficient that in the case of rectangular components only the end face on the top and one longitudinal side of the component are covered in this way, the end faces thus covered being butted with the free end faces of the adjacent component during assembly.
If a fire-proof door construction with a door leaf in the form of the inventive component is to be produced in the manner according to the invention, a final feature of the invention is that the parts of the end face of the frame (l; l ', l ") facing the rebate are free and the opposite folded parts of the oak door frame are covered with fire wallpaper so that in the event of a fire the joint between the door frame and the door leaf is closed by the foam that forms and the passage of fire and heavy smoke is prevented.
Two exemplary embodiments of the invention are described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a horizontal section through the end part of a wall component and FIG. 2 shows a horizontal section through the part of a door structure.
The construction element according to Fig. 1 consists of the all-round frame-l-made of oak wood, which is provided on the lateral end faces with a groove-2-for receiving a tongue --3-- for the purpose of connecting adjacent elements or with a threshold and frame or a other connector is connected. The cavity remaining within the frame is filled with an incombustible filling material - 4 -, e.g. B. with expanded clay, volcanically expanded glass or special mica expanded into cell bodies, which material is poured in and held in point-to-point contact by a binding agent such as cement or the like. However, the filling material-4 can also be replaced by a plate which has a corresponding fire resistance, such as e.g.
B. od a cottage wool plate. Like. Be formed.
The exterior cladding on both sides - 5 - consists of one or more layers of non-combustible or flame-retardant panels, such as B. od asbestos cement, plasterboard. Like. That
