  Vorrichtung zum Anschweissen von Verankerungsstücken an Gitterträgern 
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung, welche insbesondere zum Anschweissen von querliegenden Verankerungsstücken dient, um ein Verschieben eines Gitterträgers bei grösseren Zugbeanspruchungen gegenüber dem Beton zu vermeiden. 



   Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass ein Rundeisen   od. dgl.   von einer Seite bzw. je ein Rundeisen von beiden Seiten rechtwinkelig zum Gitterträger vorschiebbar und in an sich bekannter Weise in bestimmten Längen abscherbar ist, wobei die vorzugsweise hydraulisch oder pneumatisch aufund ab bewegbare untere Schweisselektrode für die von Rundeisen   od. dgl.   abgeschnittenen Verankerungsstücke Ausnehmungen zur Aufnahme der letzteren aufweist, welche Ausnehmungen in der abgesenkten Lage der Elektrode gegenüber der Stelle liegen, wo das Verankerungsstück aus der betreffenden Bohrung des feststehenden Schneidwerkzeuges austritt. 



   Hiebei können die Gegenelektroden oberhalb der Untergurtstäbe des Gitterträgers an vorzugsweise nach aussen ausschwenkbaren Armen befestigt sein. 



   Die Zeichnungen zeigen eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes.   Fig. 1   stellt einen Querschnitt durch die Vorrichtung dar, während Fig. 3 eine Stirnansicht, in Fig. l von links gesehen, veranschaulicht. In Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie 11-11 der   Fig. 1   in etwas grösserem Massstabe ersichtlich. 



   Auf einem hydraulischen oder pneumatischen   Zylinder--l--ist   eine   Platte --2--. mittels   Schrauben--3--befestigt, die aussen auf   Blechen --4-- samt Winkeln --5-- aufruht. Die   Achse des Zylinders liegt hiebei in der Symmetrieebene der ganzen Vorrichtung, welche also links und rechts dieser Achse gleichartig gestaltet ist. 



   Mit der   platte --2-- sind   unter Zwischenlage von   Passplatten-6-zwei Lagerböcke-7-   durch Schrauben--8--verbunden. In jedem Lagerbock ist ein zylindrischer   Körper --9-- gelagert.   



  Diese weisen einen   Absatz --10-- auf,   der sich an einem   Ring-11-abstützt,   welcher in dem Lagerbock eingeschraubt und durch eine   Wurmschraube-12-gesichert   ist. Aussen ist an jedem der beiden zylindrischen   Körper     Hebel-13-mittels Wurmschraube-14-gehalten.

   Der   Kolben --19-- des   hydraulischen   Zylinders--l--trägt   einen Zapfen--20--, welcher in das zwischen den Lagerböcken --7-- geführte Tragstück --21-- eingeschraubt ist. Mittels zweier   Schrauben--22--ist   die Schweisselektrode --23-- mit dem Tragstück verbunden. 



   Der Gitterträger, welcher aus dem Obergurtstab-O-, den beiden   Untergurtstäben--U--   und den beiden diagonal verlaufenden, mit diesen drei Stäben verschweissten   Stäben--S--besteht,

   According to the invention, this is achieved in that a round bar or the like can be advanced from one side or a round bar from both sides at right angles to the lattice girder and sheared off in certain lengths in a manner known per se, the lower one, preferably hydraulically or pneumatically movable up and down Welding electrode for the anchoring pieces cut from round iron or the like.
