Process for the production of siphon heads by punching and soldering.

The invention relates to a method for the production of siphon pots, the essence of which is that the individual parts of the siphon head are punched from metal plates and then united by soldering. The advantage of this method is that by using the same the siphon heads made of cheaper and lighter metals, e.g. B made of aluminum or aluminum alloys, such as magnalium, which substances are just as hygienic as the much more expensive tin.

The drawing shows the individual parts of the siphon head during manufacture. Fig. 1 is a vertical section of a stamped and bent, but unsoldered siphon head; FIG. 2 shows a bottom view of the upper part of the siphon head and FIG. 3 shows a rear view of this part.

According to the invention, the siphon head is made of two main components, u. between. From the lower, provided with female threads part a, which is useful from a

can be pressed from one piece. The upper part b is expediently pressed from a piece of sheet metal in such a way that the edges of the punched and bent sheet metal meet along the rear center line at c and along the lower center line of the discharge pipe at (l, ie at these points before soldering Form a joint that is firmly and airtightly closed by soldering.

The parts a and b punched in this way are soldered together after they have been put together.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A method for producing siphon heads, characterized in that the lower part serving for fastening to the bottle and the upper part of the siphon head carrying the outflow pipe are formed separately by punching and these parts are formed together. as well as the edges of the joints formed during punching are connected airtight by soldering.
