Lässt man den äusseren Düsenboden weg, so ist es zweckmässig, den Rand des äusseren Düsenkörpers über den Boden der inneren Düse vorstehen zu lassen, da dann dieser Düsenboden noch mehr vor Erwärmung von aussen her geschützt wird.
Man kann auch eine einfache Düse mit zwei Böden versehen, deren Löcher genau übereinander stehen. Hiebei sollte die Wandung der Düse aus schlecht leitendem Material hergestellt sein. Entweder werden beide Böden angesetzt oder angekittet oder der eine Boden besteht mit der Wandung aus einem Stück.
