Sobald nun der Destillationsprozess be endet ist, wird die entgeistete Maische aus der Blase entfernt und letztere mit frischer Maische gefüllt. Während dieser Zeit erkaltet das GeÌ8trohr und demzufolge auch der aufgesetzte Brändezähler. Es senkt sich daher der Ausdehnungskörper samt dem kürzeren Arm. des Hebels B, während gleichzeitig der längere Hebelarm samt dem an ihm sitzenden Zahn d emporsteigt, wc, ei letzterer in seiner Aufwärtsbewegung mit dem Zahnrade i ! in Eingriff kommt und eine Drehung desselben nach rechts bewirkt. Diese Drehung dauert begreiflicherweise solange, bis der Zahn d im Verlaufe seiner Bewegung wieder ausser Eingriff mit dem genannten Zahnrad gelangt, um dann seinen Weg nach aufwärts frei fortzusetzen.
Die Registrierung der solcherart im Verlaufe der einzelnen Destillationsprozesse bewirkten Drehungen des Zahnrades 1 erfolgt in bekannter Weise durch das Zählwerk C, so dass letzteres jederzeit die Anzahl der in dem mit dem beschriebenen Brändezähler versehenen Blasenapparat vorgenommenen Destillationen erkennen lässt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Brändezähler für periodisch wirkende Blasenapparate der Branntweinbrennerei, gekenn- zeichnet durch einen zweckmässig aus Metall hergestellten Ausdehnungskörper A, welcher derart am Geistrohr oder Blasenhelm angeordnet ist, dass mittels eines an ihm vorgesehenen Hebelwerkes bei jedesmaliger Erwärmung und nachheriger Abkühlung des Ausdehnungskörpers die Aufzeichnung der Brände mit einer Registriervorrichtung erfolgt.
