<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

The invention relates to a loading device intended for arrangement on a vehicle, preferably at the front end of the same, with supporting and guide arms arranged in the manner of a handlebar parallelogram, the ends of the vehicle on an upwardly projecting support of a turntable to be mounted on the vehicle and the projecting ends on a yoke in are pivotably articulated at different altitudes, with at least one hydraulic thrust piston transmission articulated on the turntable engaging on the support arms.
Such charging devices are intended, for example, for military vehicles and have charging devices that cannot be pivoted about a vertical axis relative to the vehicle, for example charging devices according to US Pat. No. 2, 768, 760, No. 3, 065, B70, No. 3, 250, 028, No. 3, 344, 540, No. 3, 370, 729, No. 3, 487, 968 and No. 3, 704, 754, the advantage that when placing a picked-up load on a transport vehicle that the loading device carrying vehicle does not have to be brought into the dropping position of the loading device relative to the transport vehicle by complicated maneuvering, and it is usually sufficient to pivot the loading device by means of the turntable over the transport vehicle when the vehicle is stationary.
In the known loading devices of the type mentioned, the guide arms are arranged below the support arms. The guide arms are subject to buckling and must therefore be designed to be relatively rigid. To a collision of guide arms and
To avoid support arms, the guide arms and support arms are cranked to the side. The thrust piston gear engages in these known arrangements on the support arms very close to the pivot point of the same on the turntable. The free support arm is therefore relatively long and, in view of the high load, the support arms are designed as box profiles. This results in a relatively large weight of the loading device.
The object of the invention is now to keep the weight of a loading device of the type mentioned at the outset and thus also the material expenditure for the same as low as possible.
The invention consists essentially in the fact that the support arms are known per se
Are formed by flat sheets that are curved downwards in their pivoting plane at a distance from their vehicle-side ends, that the sheets forming the support arms are connected at an angle-stiffness by at least one cross strut, that two guide arms in the side view above the support arms and in the Top view is arranged laterally outside the same and is formed in a straight line and that the articulation points of the thrust piston gear (s) on the turntable on the side facing away from the projecting ends of the support and guide arms and on the support arms in a manner known per se in a central region thereof are arranged.
Characterized in that the thrust piston gear is articulated on the support arms in a central region thereof, the free arm of the support arms becomes shorter and it is therefore possible to make the support arms lighter, u. between as flat sheets. Such training from flat sheets results in a substantial weight saving compared to training from box profiles. Apart from that, the view from the driver's cab is less impeded by such flat sheets. The cross strut, which connects the sheets forming these support arms with an angular stiffness, ensures lateral stability of the support arms and, because the guide arms are arranged above the support arms, they are generally only in tension (when pressed only in special cases, e.g. Support the device when changing wheels or
Leveling by shovel) and can be designed with a relatively small cross-section. This also significantly reduces the driver's visual impairment. The fact that the thrust piston gear now engages on the side of the turntable facing away from the projecting ends of the support and guide arms enables a relatively large stroke of the thrust piston gear. The fact that the support arms have a downward curvature enables a loading shovel arranged on the support arms to reach a position close to the ground even when pivoting to the side.
Since, as mentioned, the guide arms generally only have to absorb tensile loads (on pressure only in special cases, e.g. supporting the device when changing wheels or leveling by means of a shovel), they can be formed by simple pull rods according to a preferred embodiment of the invention be.
Since according to the invention the support arms in their swivel plane at a distance from their vehicle
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
side ends are curved downward, can according to a preferred embodiment
Invention the articulation point of the or the thrust piston gear on the support arms on the downwardly curved part of the same.
According to the invention, the arrangement is preferably such that, when the support arms are in the lowest position, the thrust piston gear (s) and the parts of the support arms which extend from the articulation point on the turntable to the curve are approximately horizontal, the articulation points of the support arms being arranged higher on the turntable are as the articulation point (s) of the
Thrust piston gear on the turntable. This results in a favorable piston force for the thrust piston transmission, which changes only insignificantly over the entire stroke range.
According to the invention, the support arms and guide arms are expediently pivotable in pivoting planes lying parallel to one another. This enables the support arms and guide arms to be not cranked laterally and good lateral stability is achieved, since the articulation point of the support arms and that of the guide arms on the yoke are approximately at the same lateral distance from one another as the articulation points on the turntable.
According to the invention, the distance of the downward curvature of the support arms from the articulation points thereof on the turntable suitably corresponds to the height of the driver's cab above the articulation points of the support arms on the turntable. This has the advantage that the support arms can be swiveled over the roof of the cab to the center of the vehicle. Since the guide arms are arranged above the support arms, they do not hinder the pivoting. The charging device can therefore be brought into a position in which the vehicle requires the smallest parking space, which is now only determined by the dimensions of the vehicle itself. In an arrangement in which the charging device is arranged on the front of the vehicle in front of the cab and the spare tire behind.
Driver's cab is stored, the spare tire can also be put on and off, for example, by means of the loading device. In view of the large vehicle wheels and the great weight of these, this is an essential advantage. The cab itself can even be lifted off using the charging device.
In the drawings, the invention is schematically illustrated using an exemplary embodiment.

On its rear side, the turntable has a support - on which the support arms --9-- are mounted about a pivot axis --8-- and the guide arms -11-- about a pivot axis. A yoke carrying the tool, for example a shovel - or stacking arms (not shown) can be pivoted about an axis --13-- to the front end --12-- of the support arms --9-- and additionally to the front end - 14-- of the guide arms --11-- pivoted.
The guide arms --11-- are designed as simple tie rods and the support arms --9-- are made of flat sheets. The two support arms --9 - are connected to each other at an angle-stiffness by a cross strut --18--.
The support arms --9-- are curved downwards in their swivel plane at --17--. --19-- are two push piston gears, which are articulated on the one hand at --20-- on the turntable --4-- and on the other hand at --21-- on the two support arms --9--. The articulation points --21-- are arranged on the downwardly curved parts --22-- of the support arms --9--. From this lowest position, the support arms --9-- can now be swiveled up --19 - by the thrust piston gears, whereby the imaginary axis --24-- moves to the position --241--, which is approximately 45 above the horizontal. The articulation axis --8-- of the support arms --9-- is located higher than the articulation point --20-- of the thrust piston gear --19--, so that it can be swiveled up easily.
