Oberflächenwerkstoffe wie Gipsplatten, Holzplatten, Tapeten, Beläge, keramische Platten usw. aufgebracht werden können. Weiters wird zufolge der Anordnung der Rohrschlangen eine gesteuerte
Heizleistungsverteilung mit höherer Heizleistung im Fussbodenbereich erzielt. Dabei sind die
Verbindungen zwischen Rohrschlangen und Verteilerrohr zufolge der Abdeckung gegen mechanische
Beanspruchungen vollkommen geschützt, so dass die Wandschalen durch blosses Verankern über die Verteilerrohre fest an der Wand angebracht werden können.
