Abstract

The circuit arrangement for forming trigger pulses is intended for a six-pulse machine converter, which is connected to the mains converter via an intermediate electrical circuit. It consists of three integrators 4, 5, 6, each of which is supplied with one phase voltage of the machine. Two multivibrators 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 are connected in parallel with each integrator 4, 5, 6, and they are in each case followed by a differentiator 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27. The outputs of the six differentiators 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 are connected to a logic device 58 whose outputs are connected to trigger devices for the thyristors in the three-phase bridge. As a result of the integration of the phase voltages, all the existing ripples are eliminated, to be precise both that resulting from the machine slot system and that from the converter, as a result of which it is no longer possible for any false pulses to be formed. <IMAGE>

Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

   The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for generating an ignition pulse for a six-pulse three-phase bridge, which is used in particular as a machine converter, and which is connected to a mains converter via a current intermediate circuit.

   Circuits for ignition pulse formation for three-phase, fully controlled thyristor bridges, which are also called lattice control sets, have been known for a long time. A related arrangement for a power converter is described in CH-PS 524 273, which has a free-running oscillator. Due to the output voltage of the oscillator, the converter valves can be adjusted with a variable ignition angle and in a predetermined order. The oscillator output voltage is controlled depending on a controlled variable of the converter. This arrangement is particularly suitable for the operation of the converter on a soft network which is very harmonic. Due to the freely oscillating oscillator, it is not dependent on a synchronization by the network voltage, the frequency of which is constant.

   Because of the adjustment of the phase of the oscillator output voltage, the arrangement has a proportional effect and can be used in an open control loop.

   For correct pulse formation, voltages can also be used which have a specific relationship with respect to the phase relationship with the fundamental oscillation of the supply voltage of a machine converter or are usually derived from this supply voltage. However, since the supply voltages are not free from distortions, such as harmonics and voltage dips, filters are necessary to eliminate these distortions.

   DD-PS 123 038 shows a circuit arrangement for generating pulse sequences from multi-phase, distorted sinusoidal voltages with precise phase assignment for synchronizing the control of converters. A synchronization voltage is derived from the multiphase AC voltage, the frequency of which is greater than that of the AC voltage. After suppression of the harmonics in the synchronization voltage is from this by means of z. B. a comparator derived a pulse train.

   The arrangement in CH-PS 524 273 and also in DD-PS 123 038 is only intended for a constant frequency and delivers incorrect ignition pulses when there are large frequency changes in the input voltage of the three-phase bridge.

   The object of the invention is therefore to create a new type of lattice tax rate that works at a variable frequency with a high rate of change in a particularly wide frequency range with a sufficient filter effect.

   The object is achieved by the invention, which is characterized in that each phase voltage of the three-phase input voltage of the three-phase bridge, which is preferably the output voltage of a three-phase machine, can be fed to an integrator, which is connected in parallel with two flip-flops and then followed by a differentiator, and in that the outputs of the six differentiators are connected to logic logic consisting of six bistable multivibrators, the outputs of the bistable multivibrators being connected to the inputs of ignition devices for the thyristors of the three-phase bridge. By integrating the phase voltages, all existing ripples are eliminated u. between both the use of the machine and that of the converter, which means that false impulses can no longer be formed.

   In addition, the output voltage of the integrators has a constant amplitude in the case of constantly excited machines, as a result of which a constant control angle is established with a constant control voltage.

   According to one embodiment of the invention, each bistable flip-flop is followed by a monostable flip-flop. As a result, the firing pulses for the thyristors are limited to a certain duration, as a result of which the firing transformers need only be designed for a small output and are therefore relatively small and require little space.

   It is advantageous that the ignition pulses for the line converter are brought together via an OR logic operation and this signal is applied to one input of six AND logic operations on the one hand and on the other hand to the clock input of a double-edge trigger circuit at its two inputs via an inverter , of which an inverter is connected upstream, there is a signal which signals that the actual current value, preferably measured on the AC side of the line converter, falls below a certain threshold value, and that an output of the double-edge trigger circuit is connected to a further input of each of the six AND links and the second is connected to control inputs at the monostable multivibrators according to the logic logic,

   and that furthermore each output of the bistable flip-flops of the combination logic is connected to a third input at one of the six AND-combinations, and that each AND-combination is connected to an OR-combination and furthermore each OR-combination with the corresponding monostable flip-flop is connected to the output of the logic logic, and that the outputs of the OR operation are connected to the inputs of the ignition devices for the thyristors of the three-phase bridge. This configuration of the inventive concept ensures an orderly transition from the non-defective to the defective operating state and vice versa.

   A further development of the invention is that each of the two outputs of the double-edged flip-flop is followed by a NOR operation, at the second input of which there is a signal which either blocks or releases the firing pulse output for the thyristors of the three-phase bridge

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 The three-phase bridge can be switched off in the event of a fault and any overcurrents that occur are better controlled or avoided altogether.

   On the basis of the block diagram shown in the figure, the invention will now be explained in more detail.

   Voltages proportional to the three phase voltages of a three-phase synchronous generator are applied to the connections (1), (2), (3). Each of these voltages is fed to an integrator (4), (5), (6). Each of them consists of an operational amplifier (7), (8), (9) which has an input resistor (10), (11), (12) and a negative feedback capacitor (13), (14), (15). On the output side, each integrator (4), (5), (6) has two flip-flops (16), (17), (18), (19), (20), (21) connected in parallel, each with a differentiator ( 22), (23), (24), (25), (26), (27) is connected. Each flip-flop (16), (17), (18), (19), (20), (21) has a second input to which the control voltage is applied.

   In this embodiment, two control voltages are available at the terminals (59), (60), the one control voltage being connected to one of the two flip-flops (16), (18) downstream of the integrators (4), (5), (6). , (20) and the other to the second flip-flop (17), (19), (21).

   The output signals of the differentiators (22), (23), (24), (25), (26), (27) arrive at a logic (58) consisting of six bistable flip-flops (28), (29), (30 ), (31), (32), (33) is constructed. The subsequent monostable flip-flops (34), (35), (36), (37), (38), (39) set the length of the individual pulses and also have an input for pulse inhibit. So that a gap operation over the two three-phase bridges u. between the machine and the mains converter in the current flow, six AND operations (40), (41), (42), (43), (44), (45) are provided, each of which has an output signal from the logic operation ( 58), a signal which represents the falling below a certain current value in the intermediate circuit and the ignition pulses of the line converter are supplied.

   An AND operation (40), (41), (42), (43), (44), (45) and a monostable multivibrator (34), (35), (36), (37), (38) , (39) are brought together via an OR operation (46), (47), (48), (49), (50), (51), at the outputs (52), (53), (54), ( 55), (56), (57) the ignition signals for the thyristors of the machine converter are present.

   The two-edge triggered flip-flop (61) ensures the changeover from jump to non-push operation and vice versa always after the line converter pulses, which are brought together via an OR link (62) and subsequently via an inverter (63) to the clock input of the flip-flop (61) reach. The output of a comparator (64) is fed to the J input of this flip-flop (61), which compares the actual current value taken from the AC side of the line converter with a setpoint value that corresponds to the current gap limit. The output signal of the comparator (64) is also fed via an inverter (65) to the K input of the double-edge trigger circuit (61).

   The flip-flop (61) avoids ignition pulses of longer duration, which are no longer transmitted by the ignition transformer, even in the course of the switchover from idle to non-idle operation.

   At the terminal (66) a signal arrives at the grating barrier, which is fed to two NOR gates (67), (68). Each of the two NOR gates (67), (68) is connected to an output of the double-edge trigger circuit (61). The output of one NOR operation (67) is connected to an AND operation (40), (41), (42), (43), (44), (45) and the output signal of the other NOR operation ( 68) arrives at the inputs to the pulse blocker at the monostable multivibrators (34), (35), (36), (37), (38), (39).

   Finally, it should be mentioned that this lattice tax rate is ideally suited for the machine converter of a converter that is used in a wind power plant.
