EMI2.2
Cummilösung + 100 g Rongalit C, total= 1000 g Druckpaste.

The relative, unexpected purity of the green nuances mentioned also indicates the yellowish character of the brown element they contain. The meta-amidophenol brown contrasts very strongly with the paramin brown and corresponds perfectly to the flavor that prefers a yellow-brown to the reddish, purée-like brown, so that with its introduction a real need in practice is taken into account.
The new process provides useful nuances even in light tones down to light nankin and can therefore also be used in strong couplings. The lightfastness and soap resistance of the dyeings produced are practically very good.
Embodiments:
EMI2.1
uncolored or only weakly colored basic white and colored reserves. Then you steam in the small Mather-Platt for about 10 minutes and chrome lukewarm with sodium dichromate. For greens one washes in weakly acidified water and then dries; for brown you wash in water, pull it through a lukewarm bath of sodium silicate in a roller skate, wash and soap.
EMI2.2
Cummi solution + 100 g Rongalit C, total = 1000 g printing paste.
For color reserves on cotton, the usual albumin colors are printed with alkali sulfite and acetate added or basic dyes in combination with zinc white. On silk and all) silk it is sufficient to print basic dyes in the presence of potassium sulfite and sodium acetate.
EMI2.3
Nuances than the m-amidophenol.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A process for producing etchable yellowish brown in dyeing and printing, characterized by the oxidation of salts of m-amidophenols, either alone or in a mixture with o- or p-amidophenols, by means of sodium chlorate and ferrocyanic compounds by steaming, whereby, after completion the oxidation by hanging or by chrome passages, a treatment with alkaline baths is carried out.
