Auswechselbares Schweissband für Kopfbedeckungen.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein leicht auswechselbares Schweissband für Kopfbedeckungen. Auswechselbare Schweissstreifen, die bisher bekannt geworden sind. zeigen in ihrer Ausführung und Anwendung noch viele Mängel, wie umständliche Befestigung und Auswechselung, mangelhaften Sitz, unschönes Aussehen und dazu Kostspieligkeit der Ausführung, sodass von einer praktischen Ausführung in der Hut-und Mützenfabrikation bisher abgesehen wurde.
Die Erfindung beseitigt vollständig die erwähnten Mängel. An Hand der Zeichnung wird der Erfindungsgegenstand näher erläutert. Auf derselben ist ein Schnitt durch einen Teil eines Hutes dargestellt, in welchem die neue Einrichtung angeordnet ist. a ist der Hut mit der Krempe b, c ist das Schweissband, an dessen unterem Rand auf der dem Kopfn abgewendoten Seite eiu zweiter schmalerer Haltestreifen d angenäht ist. Letzterer dient in bekannter Weise zur Befestigung des Schweissbandes an dem Hute und ist schlauchförmig ausgebildet zu dem Zwecke, eine elastische Einlage e, etwa bestehend aus einem dünnen schmalen Stahlband, Draht, Hartgummi, Celluloid oder anderem geeigneten Stoff aufzunehmen, damit sich das an dem Haltestreifen befestigte Schweissband der Rundung des Hutes gut anschmiegt.
In dem Bande d befindet sich zweckmässig eine Anzahl Löcher f und entsprechend sind auch in dem Hute selbst in gleichen Abständen Löcher vorgesehen, sodass man in an sich hekannter Weise z. B. mittels durch Hut und Streifen d gesteckter Ösen, Klammern o. dgl. eine dauernde, jedoch leicht lösbare Verbindung zwischen beiden Teilen herstellen kann. Verwendet man beispielsweise die in der Zeichnung angedeuteten bekannten Durchsteckklammern g mit umlegbaren Enden, so erhält man eine gute Be- festigung ohne irgend welche vorstehenden Teile, die einen Druck auf den Kopf ausüben könnten. Aussen worden die Klammern durch das Hutband h überdeckt.
Natürlich können die Löcher in der Kopfdeckung'und dem Streifen oder einem dieser Teile auch fehlen und lassen sich alsdann zugespitzte Klammern leicht durch die weichen Stoffteile hindurch- drücken. auch kann die elastische Einlage e aus mehreren Teilen bestehen und kann man
