Abstract

The invention describes an insulation material comprising sand, fly ash, bentonite and water for filling hollow spaces of any type.

Claims (1)

50 2 55AT 397 650 B The invention relates to an insulating material consisting of sand, fly ash and bentonite. An insulation material for waterproofing floors is known. The present invention has for its object to provide an insulating material which can be conveyed with conventional concrete pumps and pressed under pressure if necessary. 5 According to the invention this object is achieved by the features described in the characterizing part of the patent claim. The addition of bentonite prevents shrinkage when drying out. An environmental compatibility test was carried out on a sample of the material according to the invention. It was found that according to the analysis values, all parameters of the eluate from the material according to the invention are below the limit values of the eluate class Ib (EK Ib) specified in ÖNORM S 2072. The insulating material according to the invention therefore does not adversely affect the groundwater. The mentioned insulating material can be used to fill any type of underground cavities, such as abandoned tunnels, bunkers or channels. Furthermore, with supply or disposal lines for filling remaining cavities or with installed protective pipes in which the medium pipes were drawn. If necessary, the material according to the invention can be rinsed out with water, and the composition of the material can also be changed in amounts as required. 20 claims 1. Insulating material made of sand, fly ash and bentonite for filling cavities, characterized in that it consists of 1,800 kg of sand, with a grain size of 0 to 8 mm, 50 kg of brown coal Fluga-25, 50 kg of bentonite and 250 to 350 liters There is water. 50 2 55
