Mooring fins are usually articulated on the bank by means of two holding bows which are articulated on the raft upstream and downstream of the raft. As a result, the raft cranks according to the place where it is loaded; it only stands horizontally in the water when the load comes from above its center of gravity. This has e.g. As a result, when multi-seat racing boats, such as fours or aft, are brought into the water by the crew, they stand with their feet in the water, since the raft's freeboard should be as close as possible to the water level, because racing boats of this type have outrigger arms that extend beyond the side walls have the rudder. It was therefore the task of creating rafts with a low freeboard that were always lying horizontally on the water regardless of the location of their load. This object is achieved in that the platform, the raft od.dgi. is connected in an articulated manner to the body of water or the shore via at least one pair of links so that the connecting line of the link bearings of the handlebars on the body of water or on the shore to the handlebars and the platform, the raft or the like. forms a parallelogram pivotable in a vertical plane. According to a special embodiment of the stabilizing device according to the invention, two pairs of links are spaced next to one another and between them at least one step articulated on the links of the two pairs of links. It is clear that the articulation points on the raft on the one hand or on the bank or on the water floor on the other must lie in parallel, in particular horizontal, planes. The invention is explained in more detail below by means of examples with reference to the drawing, the same components having the same reference numerals. 1 shows an axonometric view of a raft articulated on the bank, FIG. 2 is a side view of a raft articulated on the water floor, FIG. 3 a side view of an articulation according to FIG. 1 with steps and FIG. 4 is an articulation variant according to FIG. 1. In Fig. 1, the raft floating on the water surface 1 is designated by 2. On the raft 2 there are spaced apart link bearings 3, 4 or 3 ', 4' for a pair of links 5, the other ends of which on corresponding counter bearings 6, 7 or 6 ', 7' on bars 8 or 8 attached to the bank. 8 'are articulated. Here, the connecting line of the pivot bearings 6.7 and 6'7 'of each pair of handlebars with the handlebars 5 and the raft 2 forms a joint parallelogram pivotable in a vertical plane; the raft 2 is therefore forcibly guided horizontally at every water level. Raft 2 is entered and exited via gangway 9. In Fig. 2 it can be seen that the pivot bearings 3, 4 are located below the raft 2 and the corresponding pivot bearings 6, 7 are fastened to the water bottom. It is shown in dashed lines that this articulation only permits limited access during floods. If the water level would continue to rise, in contrast to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the raft 2 would be flooded. From Fig. 3 it can be seen that instead of the gangway 9 between the two pairs of links 5 are provided on these hinged steps 10, which are always horizontal. In the articulation variant according to FIG. 4, the water-side handlebar 5 of each pair of handlebars is designed as an angle lever, so that it can be articulated on the raft 2 not on the side of the raft but on the underside of the raft. In principle, this linkage is also a parallelogram linkage. Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings; the handlebars 5 do not have to be straight but can also be angled, or one of the handlebars can be straight and the other can be angled, depending on the articulation point selected. 1.
