Abstract

A method and an apparatus are described for the production of ready-assembled ceiling tiles from ceiling bricks 1 which are laid in longitudinal and transverse rows and which have, in the lower longitudinal edge region, laterally projecting longitudinal edge webs 3 forming a flute 4, the flutes 4, continuous along the longitudinal brick rows 1a, and the gaps 5 formed above the flutes 4 between the longitudinal brick rows 1a being filled with concrete 7 after a reinforcement 6 has been introduced. In order to ensure narrow width tolerances for the ready-assembled ceiling tiles, it is proposed that the flutes 4, continuous on the outside of the outermost longitudinal brick rows 1a, be filled with concrete 7 over a width covering the longitudinal edge webs 3, an edge strip for completing the overall width of the ready-assembled ceiling tiles being cast on to a predetermined desired width in a way known per se. <IMAGE>

are attached to the formwork strips. Such formwork strips allow a simple pouring of the fillets on the outer long sides of the prefabricated ceiling slabs in a width covering the longitudinal edge webs, the desired width of the prefabricated ceiling slab being ensured within a narrow tolerance range due to the selected mutual spacing of the formwork strips.

The resilient sealing lips of the formwork strips which rest against the longitudinal edge webs are necessary to close any gap between the formwork strips and the outer longitudinal edge webs of the precast ceiling slabs and to prevent the concrete from being filled into the mold space delimited by the formwork strips from escaping.

In order that the continuous slab of slab can be cut in the transverse direction according to the desired span of the precast slab, the formwork strips must be removed from the precast slab after the concrete has hardened sufficiently. For this purpose, the formwork strips with the sealing lips can be arranged in a manner known per se on swivel arms which can be pivoted about axes parallel to the longitudinal edge of the table between a stop-limited working position and a rest position pivoted away from the table. The adjustment of the formwork to the outer longitudinal rows of bricks by means of the swivel arms also ensures that the sealing lips fit snugly against the longitudinal edge webs while largely avoiding sliding movements.

If the stops for the swivel arms are designed to be adjustable, this is an advantageous adjustment of the
 EMI2.1
possible, for example with the help of screws.

The method according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. 1 shows a device according to the invention for producing a prefabricated ceiling slab in a working position before the concrete is poured in, in a simplified cross-section, FIG. 2 shows a formwork strip in cross-section on a larger scale, which is poured with concrete, and FIG. 3 shows a cross-section the Fig.

1 corresponding representation form of the device according to the invention, but with the formwork strips in the rest position.

The device shown for producing prefabricated ceiling tiles from ceiling tiles 1 has a table 2 for receiving the ceiling tiles 1 laid in longitudinal and transverse rows, which in the lower longitudinal edge area form laterally projecting longitudinal edge webs 3 for the formation of coves 4 open at the top. Between the individual longitudinal rows of bricks la, which abut one another with their longitudinal edge webs 3, there is thus a joint 5 above the fillets 4, into which a reinforcement 6 is inserted under prestress, as through the fillets 4, before these fillets 4 and joints 5 are poured with concrete 7 will.

For this purpose, rails 8 for at least one carriage 9 are laid on the side next to the table 2, on which a corresponding concrete pouring device is provided, which has not been shown for reasons of clarity, especially since such devices are common in these devices.

In contrast to conventional devices of this type, however, the fillets 4 are not only poured on the outer longitudinal sides of the prefabricated ceiling slabs, but at the same time the longitudinal edge webs 3 are covered with concrete. To create a corresponding molding space, the height of the longitudinal edge webs 3 is provided on both longitudinal sides of the table 2, formwork strips 10 projecting at a mutual distance corresponding to the desired width of the prefabricated ceiling slabs and resiliently resting on the outer longitudinal edge webs 3 with a sealing lip 11, as is the case with this 1 can be seen in particular.

When pouring the outer fillets 4, the longitudinal edge webs 3 are thus covered with concrete 7, namely in a width that complements the total width of the prefabricated ceiling slabs due to the mutual spacing of the formwork strips 10 from one another to a predetermined nominal width. This situation can be clearly seen in FIG. 2, which also shows that the formwork strips 10 form a scraper edge for the concrete filling in order to obtain a smooth concrete surface.

Since the longitudinal rows of brick 1a have a length that exceeds the desired span of the prefabricated ceiling slabs by a multiple and the prefabricated ceiling slabs are separated from the ceiling sheeting made on table 2, it is necessary to arrange the formwork strips 10 so that they can be moved. This is achieved by a swivel bearing via swivel arms 12 which are rotatably mounted about axes 13 parallel to the longitudinal table edge and can be swiveled by means of a swivel drive 14 between a stop-limited division of labor (FIG. 1) and a swiveled-out rest position (FIG. 3). According to the exemplary embodiment, the swivel drive 13 consists of a swivel cylinder articulated between the swivel arms 12, which presses the swivel arms 12 against stops 15 in the working position.

These stops 15 have stop screws 16 for adjusting the stops 15, so that the mutual spacing of the formwork strips 10 can be set exactly to the desired width of the prefabricated ceiling slabs.
