Abstract
The present invention relates to facade heat-insulation. The insulating material used is preferably straw, reed or other grass plants mixed with a binder. The binder, which preferably consists of MgO, MgSO3 and FeO, has the task of connecting the insulating material to the facade and plaster base and of making it flame-retardant and vermin-proof.
Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>

The invention relates to facade insulation made of organic materials with mineral binders.
State of the art :
Facade insulation is known under the name of full thermal insulation made of various materials, the composition of which is similar to the insulation according to the invention. Some known methods use panels or mats made of various suitable materials to produce the thermal insulation.
In other known methods, as described in the Austrian patent specification 374 534, cavities are created by spaced installation of a plaster carrier device, into which insulating materials (not described in more detail) can be filled.
German patent specification 40 10 538 C1 also describes the production of thermal insulation on facades by creating a cavity in which wood chips impregnated with aqueous boron compounds are introduced in a moist manner. The additional addition of a casein glue is also recommended if the stability is increased or if moldings are to be produced.
According to a proposal not belonging to the prior art, in a cavity made between a plaster base, preferably made of reed fabric, and an old facade, cutable material of organic or mineral origin is mixed with a binder and filled with moisture in such a way that a connected unit of old facade - insulating material - Plaster base and plaster is made.
Starting from this proposal, which is not part of the prior art, the object of the invention is to reduce the pollutant input into the atmosphere in several ways by using certain materials, to enable agriculture to achieve better yields through the marketing of waste and, ultimately, to achieve a constructionally as well as ecologically to make flawless insulation material available.
This object is achieved according to the invention in such a way that organic basic material such as straw or reed chopped, to name only a few by name, can be obtained from the immediate vicinity of the trade, depending on availability, which has a positive effect on the environmental and financial balance with regard to transport .
The insulating material mixture, which is primarily made from a magnesite-based binder, is manufactured on site. In this way, water is not transported to the construction site, no manufacturing building, no warehouse and no energy is required for drying. There is no waste from waste and the like. Materials that are otherwise usually burned, whether directly on the fled or in heating systems, are therefore removed from this environmentally harmful disposal. This bond also means that composting may be necessary after generations.
The filled material connects to both the facade and the reinforcing plaster base. Depending on the weather, the insulation material is set for different lengths of time. The binding must therefore be checked before applying a layer of plaster.
