Gleiche Bezugszeichen bedeuten in allen Figuren gleiche Einzelheiten. 2 AT 406 085 BAT 406 085 B The invention relates to a heating shaft according to the preamble of claim 1. In known heating shafts, straight finned tubes are usually provided, the smooth ends of which are welded into the walls of the heating shaft and which pass through the double jacket. The connection of the pipe stub protruding from the outer wall of the heating shaft of the lamellar pipes are usually provided with flanges and are connected to one another via separate elbows with the interposition of seals. However, there is the disadvantage of a very considerable manufacturing effort. In addition, the known solutions also result in a very significant leakage and corrosion problem, particularly in the area of the weld seams. The aim of the invention is to avoid this disadvantage and to propose a heating shaft of the type mentioned at the outset, which can be easily manufactured. According to the invention, this is achieved in a heating shaft of the type mentioned at the outset by the characterizing features of claim 1. The proposed measures have the advantage of very simple manufacture of the primary heat exchanger. The tightness of the bushings can e.g. can be easily achieved by means of split stuffing boxes or also by welding to the walls of the heating shaft. The features of claim 2 result in the advantage of a particularly simple manufacture and sealing of the bushings of the corrugated pipe. To do this, it is sufficient to simply place a sealing strip on the end face facing the second half-shell, insert the correspondingly pre-bent corrugated tube, put on the second sealing strip and put on the second half-shell and connect it to the first half-shell. Flanges are provided in the area of the end faces of the two half-shells which come into contact with one another and are connected to one another by means of screws. The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. 1 schematically shows a side view of a heating shaft according to the invention, FIG. 2 schematically shows a section along the line AA in FIG. 1 of a heating shaft according to the invention and FIG. 3 shows a section along the line BB in FIG. 1 same details in all figures. A heating shaft 1 according to FIG. 1 has two half-shells 2, 3 which have flanges 3 on the free end faces which face away from one another and with which the heating shaft 1 can be connected to further components of a water heater. A primary heat exchanger is held in the heating shaft 1 and is formed by a corrugated tube 5 which, as can be seen from FIG. 3, is bent in a meandering shape. The two half-shells 2, 3 are provided in the region of their mutually facing end faces with flanges 6, between which two sealing strips 7 or seals corresponding to the circumference of the half-shells 2, 3 are interposed. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the flanges 6 of the two half-shells have bulges which correspond to the corrugated tube 5. This has smooth areas 8 in the area of the leadthroughs through the heating shaft 1. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the corrugated tube 5 is interposed between the two seals 7. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 3, the primary heat exchanger is formed essentially in one piece, the corrugated tube 5 having sections running essentially parallel to one another, which run inside the heating shaft 1 and are connected to one another via arcuate regions 9. In the two end regions of the corrugated tube 5, grooves 10 are formed that extend over the entire circumference and serve to receive O-rings for connection to supply and discharge lines. Claims: 1. Heater shaft (1) with a primary heat exchanger held in this, characterized in that the primary heat exchanger is formed by at least one meandering corrugated tube (5), the arcuate regions (9) of which extend outside the heater shaft (1) and which has smooth spots (8) in the area of the bushings through the heating shaft (1). 2 AT 406 085 B 2. Hiezu2. heating shaft, according to claim 1, characterized in that the heating shaft (1) has at least two half-shells (2, 3) and between two half-shells (2, 3) two seals (7) are inserted, between which the smooth spots ( 8) of the corrugated tube (5).
