Abstract

A fastening device for fastening heavy machine frames 12 or other components to a base or in a steel construction together with anchoring parts 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 has a form-fit cross section formed by the parts 3, 4, 5. The anchoring parts can be arranged in any number and displaced in the longitudinal direction. The lateral adjustment possibility of the machine frame is afforded by the oversize of the clamping bridge 11. <IMAGE>

Claims (2)

AT 407 781 B The invention relates to a fastening device according to the preamble of claim 1. To fasten machines or other components on concrete foundations, anchor rods have so far mostly been cast in concrete and the machines are therefore pressed onto the foundation in connection with clamping nuts. In the case of very large machines (such as pump blocks in the petroleum industry), enormous pull-out forces occur for such anchor rods. In addition, cast-in anchor rods can hardly be adapted to changing dimensions of the machine, i.e. in practice, the entire foundation can only be used for one machine. Foundation anchors are known which absorb large forces (e.g. DE 4227924) or also make angle deviations and height adjustments (e.g. CH-PS 584865), as well as C-profiles which, in conjunction with inserted nuts and threaded bolts, allow the fastening element to be displaced in the longitudinal direction, but only can transmit very low forces and in turn require an attachment to the foundation. The invention has for its object to provide a fastening device including accessories (hereinafter referred to as "sets"), which can transmit large vertical forces, is simple and economical to manufacture and a possibility of free positioning (in the longitudinal direction) of a number of fasteners within the entire length of the foundation and at the same time offers a positive connection to the foundation, as well as a large 2-dimensional scope for the part to be exciting. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the fastening device is formed by welding two wide-flange supports to cover plates and is welded below with spaced cross members (5). The profile of the fastening device is form-fitting to the foundation concrete, but can also be used in a steel structure which, according to structural requirements, is only placed on the floor. Any number of sets can be arranged along the entire length of the foundation and moved in the longitudinal direction. Moving the fastening device does not require any particular precision, but the 2-dimensional, precise alignment and secure fastening of the part to be held is easily possible. In the event of an overload, there are high elastic reserves; there is no sudden loosening of the connection (e.g. if an anchor bolt breaks which acts directly on a fastening part), but only loosening due to deformation at the weakest point (tension bridge). The universal fastening rail according to the invention can also be arranged several times parallel to one another and with deep anchors in the case of extremely large load cases. If the fastening requirements change, an adjustment is easily possible. The invention will now be described with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 shows a fastening device in an oblique view, suitable for a concrete foundation. 2 shows a sectional view of the fastening device including anchoring parts. The fastening device according to Fig. 1 consists of: pair of wide flange beams (3) cover plate (4) cross member (5) PATENT CLAIMS: 1. fastening device for fastening machine frames (12) or other components on a foundation (2) consisting of anchoring parts and two beams are arranged parallel to one another at a distance, characterized in that the fastening device is formed by the welding of two wide-flange supports (3) to cover plates (4) and below it is welded to cross-members (5) arranged at a distance. 2. 22.
