   Die den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildende Vorrichtung zum Räuchern von Lachsen ist auf der Zeichnung in Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Ansicht und in Fig, 2 im'Querschnitt dargestellt und besteht   aus Längsschienen   a und b, die in gewissen Abständen von einander büchsenartige Führungen c und am oberen Ende eine Querschiene t befestigt tragen. In den Führungen c sind mit Zinken i besetzte Querschienen d, dl gegeneinander verschiebbar angeordnet, die mittels Schrauben h o. dgl. festgestellt werden können und deren Enden e, el winkelig umgebogen sind. 



   Das auf die Vorrichtung gebrachte Fleisch der Lachse wird so weit zusammengeschoben, bis es die abgebogenen Enden e,   e1   umspannen, worauf die Querschienen d, dl durch Schraube h festgestellt werden ; auf diese Art wird das Rissigwerden und Austrocknen des Fleisches beim   Räuchern   verhindert. Die verschiebbaren Zinkenschienen ermöglichen es, dass die Vorrichtung den Grössen und Begrenzungen besonders halber Fische entsprechend angepasst werden kann.
