   Drückt man mit dem Halter b die Platte a auf ein daruntergelegtes Blatt z.   U.   Papier, so kann man durch Hin-und Herbewegen des Gerätes das Blatt ohne Weiteres mitnehmen, es auch hin-und herbewegen, ohne es anfassen zu müssen, während beim Abheben des Halters das Blatt von selbst abfällt. Die Vorrichtung eignet sich zum Abreiben von Flächen wie z. B. zum Reinigen von Klosettsitzen. Ein Anhaften des Blattes an der elastischen Platte a wird durch die auftretende Adhäsionswirkung erzielt.
