Outlet valve for milk bottle filling devices.
The subject of the present invention is an outlet valve for milk bottle filling apparatus, in which the essentially new thing is that while the bottle is being filled, the air displaced from it and, after filling is complete, the milk that is still pushing up through a groove arranged in the outlet pipe rises upwards, the Milk pours into a plate connected to the Vontilrohr, from which it can then be diverted and collected, and an easy assembly and disassembly required to keep the valve clean.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 and 2 each show a view of the outlet valve in the closed and open position. Fig. 3 shows the outlet pipe in section and Fig. 4 shows the valve pipe with its cover in section.
The outlet valve is fastened to the filling apparatus by means of the swivel nut a so that it assumes a perpendicular position to its milk container. It essentially consists of an outlet pipe b and a valve pipe d. The outlet pipe b is provided with outlet openings c at the bottom and has a longitudinal groove e. On the outlet pipe b there is a valve pipe d which closes the outlet openings c and which has two different cross-sectional widths, widening slightly in the lower pipe part according to the thickness of the outlet pipe b and 1m in the upper pipe part, and carries a plate i provided with a discharge nozzle k. , which can be closed by a lid.
At the bottom the outlet pipe b is closed by a cone n, which is fitted with its extension n 'into the pipe b. Connected to the cone n is a rod o bearing thread 01 at its upper end, which rod is passed through the outlet pipe bj. A hood-shaped nut 111 provided with lateral inlet openings tn1 is screwed onto the threaded part 01.
In the closed position, the valve tube d lies firmly on the cone K due to the pressure of the spring h, whereby an effective seal is achieved.

is achieved.
The air displaced from the bottle by the milk emerges through the groove e of the outlet pipe b, which is covered by the valve pipe d. Is the bottle filled to the line marked a; -y in the drawing, i.e. In other words, if the column of milk in the bottle has reached the height of the valve tube end, so that further air can no longer escape, then further filling of the bottle stops automatically. The milk that is still pushing up rises through

The channel p attached to the nozzle arrives, from which it can then be diverted and collected.
The widening of the upper part of the valve tube d is intended to avoid that the milk is not in a jet corresponding to the pressure of the milk column in the container, but over the
