(Fig. 1) or Versühlussacheibe 29 (Fig. 2), which is under the action of a spring 30, which always tries to close the filling hole from the inside and is held in the closed position after closing it by snapping into a locking hook or locking pin 31 . After the milk jug 27 has been filled, the filling hole of the sealing cap 26 is closed by means of a plug 33 which is secured by a plate seal 34.

A pipe 35 attached to the container and provided with an outflow line 36 and an air line 37, in which lines non-return valves 38, 39 are switched on in such a way that they allow air to flow in and milk to be discharged, is used to tap the milk jug Prevent refilling of milk through lines 36 and 37 of the pipe. In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the valves 38, 39 are designed as displaceable tubes with a longitudinal slot 40 and an annular flange 41, the latter limiting the displacement of the tubes by abutting against abutment dfr lines.

When using the apparatus, after removing the cover 6, a filled milk can 27 is inserted into the same, the closure cover 26 and plug 33 of which are secured by seals which are only to be attached by the producer. The milk jug is now tapped by means of the pipe 35, whereby the platelet seal 34 is destroyed and the stopper 33, which held the closure flap 28 or closure disk 29, is driven in, whereupon the inner end of the pipe holds the closure flap 28 or closure disc 29 open. If this has not happened earlier, with the gear 14 disengaged, the mainspring 24, which can also be replaced by a weight, is pulled up and the gear 14 is engaged, so that the apparatus is ready for serving.

If it is to be poured out, the milk can is set in rotation and oscillation beforehand by simply holding back the pawl 25, so that the milk cooled by the pieces of ice in the container 1 can be poured properly mixed by means of the pipe 35. As the milk jug continues to be emptied, thanks to the spring 20, it also assumes an increasingly inclined position, as a result of which the jug cannot be lifted by hand and the leakage takes place evenly.

Refilling the jug both in the container and without damaging the stopper or the closing lid seal outside the container is impossible, since the valves 38, 39 'of the pipe or, if the pipe were to be pulled out, the closing flap 28 or closing disk 29 would be refilled prevent and such can not take place even if the platelet seal 34 is still intact without damaging the same.
