Die Fez hatten bisher den Übelstand, dass sie sich stark deformieren, besonders dann, wenn sie der Nasse unterworfen sind. Die Deformation tritt am stärksten am oberen Rande hervor und musste selbstverständlich eine oftmalige Aufbügelung des Fez vorgenommen werden, um demselben wieder die ursprüngliche Form zu geben.
Diesen Übelstand zu vermeiden, wird ein Federreifen p eingesetzt, welcher bewirkt dass diese Deformation am oberen Rande gänzlich vermieden wird.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Fez, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quaste abnehmbar im Fezdeckel befestigt ist und entlang des Vorderrandes des Fezkörpers ein Schirm lösbar angebracht werden kann, zum Zwecke durch Entfernen der Quaste und Anbringen des Schirmes die Kopfbedeckung als Schirmkappe und durch Anbringen der Quaste bei entferntem Schirm als Fez benutzen zu können.
2. Einrichtung zur lösbaren Befestigung der Quaste am Fezdeckel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Streifen aus weichem, biegsamem Metall, der einerseits durch den Quastenknopf gestossen und umgebogen, die Quaste festhält, anderseits mit seinem über eine aufgeschobene Hülse vorragenden Ende durch eine öffnung im Fezdeckel gesteckt und umgebogen wird, um die Quaste im Deckel zu befestigen, zum Zwecke die Teile der Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Bedarf auswechseln zu können.
3. Fez, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass derselbe zwecks Formerhaltung einen Federring entlang der inneren Seite des oberen Randes der Kopfform erhält.
