Description

 EMI1.1

The subject of the invention is a type of packaging for fly trapping cones of pyramidal or conical shape, which consists in that each fly trapping cone is flattened and then folded up once, in such a way that the tip and the base edge come to rest on each other, whereupon the cone is partially rolled up from the fold and then is wrapped in a cover sheet glued on the inside, which is glued only at those points which come into contact with the glued parts of the bag. This ensures that the glue applied to the fly catcher does not become detached, nor is the hand of the person treating it soiled when opening the package.

This package is particularly advantageous where a large number of such fly-trapping cones are to be brought onto the market, since pyramid or cone cones that are not appropriately packaged take up a large amount of space and the packaging of the glue-coated fly-trapping cones is a difficult and unclean job.

In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a parchment pyramid folded flat in two halves in top view, FIG. 2 shows a side view of the same, FIGS. 3 and 4 show a longitudinal section, respectively. a plan view of a parchment pyramid rolled up to the penultimate turn.

The flycatcher, which consists of a cone or a triangular, square or polygonal pyramid tapering to points, the lower edge of which b is bent upward to form a channel, can be coated with glue, ready to be placed on the market in small packages. so that it can be put on a suitable frame completely ready for use.

This parchment pyramid, smeared with fly dime, offers very special advantages in terms of its packaging compared to the previously known and similar purposes serving paper cones. It has often happened that the lower side of the pyramid or cone was left without glue during storage, because the glue layer was peeled off the upper surface of the next pyramid, so that the pyramid or cone as a result of the uneven distribution the patient could not always meet the requirements, apart from the great disadvantage that when they are taken apart, the treating person always soils their hands.

All of these disadvantages are avoided when using the subject matter of the invention. The parchment pyraniids a, coated with glue with a lubricating machine or by hand, are flat in two halves. rnmen. placed so that the left dry lower edge b and d) e upper tip A of the cone or pyramid come to rest on top of each other so that they can be easily grasped without dirtying the hands; then the free part coated with glue is rolled up in a corresponding manner. (See FIGS. 3 and 4.) The flycatcher rolled up in this way is rolled into the parchment paper glued on the inner middle part, so that the previously mentioned dry edge is not glued.

This middle part of the pigment paper cover must therefore be provided with glue so that the glue of the cone is not pulled off the cover when the flycatcher is unpacked.

A number of pyramids are packed on top of one another in a similar way and such a package can also be provided with an outer packaging.

Such a packing of the fly-trapping cones avoids the above-mentioned disadvantages, since each pyramid or each cone is very easy to dismantle, and in the case of the parts which have remained dry, they can be conveniently placed on the stand without soiling the hands.
