Rotierendes Magnetrad für hohe Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeiten.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein rotierendes Magnetrad mit ausgeprägten Polen für hohe Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeiten, wie solche bei Turbogeneratoren zur Anwendung gelangen.
Die Erfindung bezweckt die bei solchen hohen Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeiten vorhandene Gefahr des Eintretens von Rissen und Brüchen zu beseitigen. Dies wird gemäss der Erfindung, dadurch, erreicht, dass das ganze Magnetrad samt den Magnetschenkeln und der Welle aus einem tück Eisen oder Stahl geschmiedet ist, so dass sich zwischen den Magnetschenkeln und der Welle weder Verbindungsteile noch bearbeitete Flächen befinden.
Bei einem sdfchen Magnetrade ist selbst bei den höchsten in Betracht kommenden Umlaufsgeschwindigkeiten das Auftreten von Rissen oder Brüchen ausgeschlossen.
Fig. 1 der Zeichnung zeigt ein solches Magnetrad in Seitenansicht und Fig. 2 in Vorderansicht.
Die Schenkeln m, der Nabenteil n und die Welle a, a sind aus einem Stück Eisen oder Stahl geschmiedet, so dass zwischen die Schenkeln m und der Welle a weder bearbeitete Flächen noch Befestigungsteile eingeschaltet sind.

The present invention relates to a rotating magnet wheel with pronounced poles for high rotational speeds, such as those used in turbo-generators.
The invention aims to eliminate the risk of cracks and fractures occurring at such high rotational speeds. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the entire magnet wheel including the magnet legs and the shaft is forged from a piece of iron or steel, so that there are neither connecting parts nor machined surfaces between the magnet legs and the shaft.
In the case of a small magnet wheel, the occurrence of cracks or fractures is excluded even at the highest possible rotational speeds.
