Forming device for the production of cement stones.
Devices for the production of cement stones with the aid of a pivotable and unfoldable molding box are already known. The invention relates to such a device and consists in the fact that the molding box is pivoted around the hinge pin of those two molding box walls, one of which in the filling position of the box carries the base molding and the other carries the shelf.
By using a single axis for folding apart two walls and for pivoting the closed form, a simple construction of the entire device is achieved. Another advantage is that both movements are carried out on a fixed axis, which avoids unnecessary vibrations of the form, especially when it is unfolded. If the axis for pivoting the closed mold were attached to the frame and the two longitudinal walls were connected to one another independently of this axis, then when the mold was opened, the whole molding box would always be shaken.
In the present construction, the stationary axis prevents the vibrations from being transmitted to the finished molded block.
EMI1.1
Illustrative, namely Fig. 1 shows the same in side view, Fig. 2 in plan view.
The walls of the molding box are formed in the usual way from five frames 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, two of which are joined together in a hinge-like manner.
During the manufacture of the stone, the frame 1 rests on the machine frame a. On the latter is the d; e two frames. Z and 2 articulated bolts b mounted in a novel way in such a way that the molding box can be pivoted about the same. As usual, a molded piece d is attached to the frame 1 in an exchangeable manner. The frame 2 carries a shelf h and the frame 3 optionally has openings g, which are closed by insert pieces when full stones are produced and core pieces are inserted into the production of hollow stones. Eccentric eccentrics i, which can be easily exchanged in a customary manner, are mounted on the frame 2 and serve to press the board h onto the molding.
Once the stone has been formed, the molding box is pivoted in the closed state, expediently by means of the approximately removable hand lever 6, until the frame 2 rests on the supports 7. Now, if necessary, the core pieces e are lifted in a vertical direction and the mold is opened in all directions by folding the frame down. Now the depositing board h together with the molding can easily be removed without the latter being shaken beforehand during its pivoting and thereby being damaged.
