Scharnier für Broschennadeln und dgl.
Es ist bekannt, bei groschen die Scharnieröse für die Broschennadel mit dem H1'oscht'nboden aus einem einzigen Stücke in der Weise herzustellen, dass der Broschenboden an der betreffenden Stelle eine schleifenförmige Aufwölbung erhält. Dies wurde bisher jedoch iu sehr unzweckmässiger Weise durch eine halbzylindrische Ausbauchung des Bodens an der betreffenden Stelle erzielt, welche der Broschennadel keineswegs einen sicheren Halt zu gewähren vermag, da sie deren Drehzapfen nur auf der einen Hälfte seines Umfanges umschliesst. Die Folge hievon ist daher ein stets sehr baldiges Lockerwerden und schliesslich das Herausfallen der Nadel.
Um diesen Übelstand zu vermeiden, ist gemäss vorliegender Erfindung die Aufwölbung des Bodens so geformt, dass sie den Drehzapfen der Nadel auf seinem ganzen Umfange umschliesst und daher ein dauernd gutes Festhalten der Nadel bewirkt.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand an einer Hrosche im Längsschnitt und in zwei Querschnitten beispielsweise dargestellt.
Die Brosche besteht in bekannter Weise aus einem geprägten Broschenkörper 1 und einem in diesen eingefalzten Boden 6, welcher mit dem Haken 2 und mit dem Scharnier der Broschenuadel 5 aus einem einzigen Metallstück hergestellt ist.
