  Walzwerk zur Herstellung von Spaten, Schaufeln und dergl. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Walzwerk zur Herstellung von Spaten, Schaufeln und dergl. und besteht darin, dass nur die Oberwalze an jener Stelle, an welcher das Blatt während des Einführens des Stieles zu liegen kommt, eine Ausnehmung aufweist, so dass das Werkstück in jenen Stellungen, in welchen das Kaliber noch nicht zum Angriff gekommen ist, an der Unterwalze ein Auflager besitzt. 



   In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand durch die Fig. 1 und 2 schaubildlich bei zwei verschiedenen Stellungen der Walzen veranschaulicht. 



   Die Walzen   A   und B drehen sich entgegengesetzt in der Richtung der Pfeile 1 bzw. 2 Der Erfindung gemäss besitzt nur die Oberwalze   A.   eine Ausnehmung C, während die Unterwalze B im Gegensatz zu bereits bekannten Ausführungen voll ausgebildet ist. 



   Zwecks Walzens des Stieles a eines Spatens oder dergl. wird, solange die Oberwalze A ihre Ausnehmung C der Unterwalze B zukehrt (Fig   1),   das Walzgut zwischen beide Walzen derart eingeführt, dass das Spatenblatt b auf der Walze B aufruht. Das Walzen des Stieles a beginnt, sobald die im Drehungssinne hintere Aussenkante c der Ausnehmung C das Werkstück erreicht hat (Fig. 2), das nun im Sinne des Pfeiles 3 zwischen den Walzen   hervorgeho1t   wird. Das Werkstück besitzt infolge der Ausnebmung C in der Oberwalze A ständig ein Auflager an der Unterwalze B.

   The invention relates to a rolling mill for the production of spades, shovels and the like. And consists in that only the top roller has a recess at the point where the blade comes to rest during the insertion of the handle, so that the workpiece in those positions , in which the caliber has not yet come to attack, has a support on the lower roll.



   In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated diagrammatically by FIGS. 1 and 2 with the rollers in two different positions.



   The rollers A and B rotate in opposite directions in the direction of the arrows 1 and 2, respectively. According to the invention, only the upper roller A. has a recess C, while the lower roller B, in contrast to known designs, is fully formed.



   For the purpose of rolling the handle a of a spade or the like, as long as the upper roller A faces its recess C of the lower roller B (FIG. 1), the rolling stock is introduced between the two rollers in such a way that the spade blade b rests on the roller B. The rolling of the handle a begins as soon as the rear outer edge c of the recess C in the direction of rotation has reached the workpiece (FIG. 2), which is now highlighted between the rollers in the direction of arrow 3. As a result of the recess C in the upper roller A, the workpiece always has a support on the lower roller B.
