Zwischenraum zwischen den Rohren und den doppeitkonisch gestalteten Nuten vollständig ausfüllt und solche, bei denen die Öffnung in der Rohrwand des Kondensators gegen aussen konisch gestaltet und in dieselbe ein mithin achsial beweglicher Dichtungsring ein- gesetzt ist.
Die Erfindung besteht in der Vereinigung dieser beiden Merkmale, wodurch der
Vorteil erreicht wird, dass der lose sitzende Dichtungsring beim Ausprobieren des Konden- sators mit Druckwasser nicht herausgeworfen werden kann, sondern auch hiebei dichtend wirkt.

Bohrungen a des Kondensatorbodens c sind doppeltkonischo Nuten d eingedroht und in diese Dichtungsringe e vor dem Einziehen der Rohre so eingesetzt, dass sie mit ihren Umfli1chen an den Scheiteln der Nuten d anliegen, su dass das Durchziehen der Rohre b anstandslos erfolgen kann.
Beim Ausprobieren des Kondensators mittels Druckwasser werden die Dichtungsringe nach aussen, beim Arbeiten des Apparates mit Vakuum nach innen verschoben, wobei sie zusammengedrückt und einerseits an die Rohre b, andererseits an die Wände der Nuten d angepresst werden, so dass sie in allen Fällen gut dichten.
