Zwischen der Leitung und dem Registrierwerk des Wassermessers sind mehrere Behälter eingeschaltet, hei deren jedem ein Teil der durch den Behälter gegangenen Wassermenge jeweils zum folgenden Behälter und von dem letzten zum Registrierwerke   des Wassermesf'rs geleilt   wird.   Das Registrierwerk bekannter   Art besitzt eine schwingbare gelagerte winkelförmige Rinne oder dergl., die durch das zufliessende Wasser in Schwingung versetzt wird und diese durch Zwischenmittel, vorteilhaft ein Schaltwerk auf ein Zahlwerk überträgt.
