Abstract

Es wird eine Komposition von Augentropfen beschrieben, die aufgrund ihres Gehaltes bestimmter Fettsubstanzen, im besonderen langkettige und mittelkettige Triglyceride, sowie Phospholipide dem dreischichtigen fetthaltigen natürlichen Tränenfilm sehr nahe kommt. Durch das Vorliegen einer Öl in Wasser Emulsion wird deren "Verklumpung" vermieden und so das Sehvermögen durch das Einträufeln der fetthältigen Augentropfen praktisch nicht beeinträchtigt.
