Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Dealkoholisierung eines Getränks angegeben. Hierbei ist vor­ gesehen, das Getränk erst beim Verbraucher, also kurz vor dem Verzehr, zu dealkoho Iisieren, wodurch sich neben apparativen und logistischen Vorteilen auch die Möglich­ keit ergibt, die Anzahl angebotener, unterschiedlicher dealkoholisierter Getränke starkzu steigern. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird es insbesondere kleinenund/oder mittelständischen Unternehmen ermöglicht, ihre Getränke auch dealkoholisiert zur VerfUgung zu stellen. Die Erfindung betrifft darOber hinaus eine zur DurchfOhrungdes Verfahrens geeignete Entnahmevorrichtung.
