Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein hohler Stufenroststah mit aus einzelnen abnehm- baren Teilen bestehender Stufenoberfliche, bei welchem die winkelförmigen Stufenteile in geeigneter Weise von innen her festgehalten worden.
Die Erfindung ist in Fig. 1 in einem Längsschnitt eines Bruchstücke eines Stufonroststabes und in Fig. 2 im Querschnitt dargestellt.
Der Roststab besteht aus dem rinnenförmigen Teile a, dessen Seitenwände b stufenförmig ausgebildet sind. Auf diesen Seitenwänden ruhen die Winkelplatten c, die mit in den Hohlraum des Roststabes ragenden Augen d versehen sind ; durch diese ist je ein Bolzen e hindurchgesteckt. Die beiden Enden der Bolzen e liegen in Löchern der Seitenwände b und sind dort etwa durch Kaile f oder in anderer Weise befestigt. Die Stufenplatten c enthalten Öffnungen y, durch die der ins Innere des Roststabes eingeführte Dampf in den Feuerraum austreten kann.
Die Stufen platten übergreifen einander nicht, so dass sie nach Entfernung des Bolzens e einzeln abgehoben werden können, wenn sie ausgewechselt werden sollen. Die Befestigungsmittel sind dadurch, dass sie im Innern des Roststabes liegen, der schädlichen Einwirkung des Feuers entzogen.

The invention is shown in Fig. 1 in a longitudinal section of a fragment of a stepped grate rod and in Fig. 2 in cross section.
The grate bar consists of the channel-shaped part a, the side walls b of which are step-shaped. The angle plates c, which are provided with eyes d projecting into the cavity of the grate bar, rest on these side walls; a bolt e is inserted through each of these. The two ends of the bolts e lie in holes in the side walls b and are fastened there, for example by Kaile f or in another way. The step plates c contain openings y through which the steam introduced into the interior of the grate bar can escape into the furnace.
The step plates do not overlap each other, so that they can be lifted off individually after removing the bolt e when they are to be replaced. The fact that they are inside the grate bar means that the fastening means are protected from the harmful effects of the fire.
