Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Extrudereinrichtung (10) mit einem Doppelschneckenextruder (1)mit zwei gleichsinnig drehenden Schnecken (2, 2'), die in einem die beiden Schnecken umschließenden Gehäuse aufgenommen sind, wobei das Gehäuse zwei entlang der Längsachse des Doppelschneckenextruders (1) sich überlappende Bohrungen zur Aufnahme der beiden Schnecken (2, 2') des Doppelschneckenextruders (1) aufweist, und wobei in Verlängerung des Doppelschneckenextruders (1) ein Einschneckenextruder-Element (3) vorgesehen ist, das eine Austragsschnecke (4) aufweist, mit der von dem Doppelschneckenextruder (1) angeliefertes Material abtransportiert und zur Austragsöffnung (6) der Extrudereinrichtung (10) gefördertwerden kann. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Gangquerschnitt 02(11) der Austragsschnecke (4) gleich oder kleiner ist wie der Gangquerschnitt 01 (9) bei einer Schnecke (2, 2') des Doppelschneckenextruders (1).
