Abstract

Eine Kühltheke mit einem Unterbau, wenigstens einer Warenablage (30) und einer durchsichtigen Abdeckung, wobei die Warenablage (30) unterhalb der Abdeckung an dem Unterbau angeordnet ist, sowie mit wenigstens einem Luftkanal, (50) in welchem wenigstens ein Ventilator und wenigstens ein Kühlaggregat (64) angeordnet sind, kann besonders leicht gereinigt werden, wenn der Ventilator und/oder das Kühlaggregat (64) in einem Wartungsgestell (60) angeordnet sind, welches über eine Führung (66) sowohl bezüglich des Unterbaus als auch bezüglich der Warenablage verlagerbar angeordnet ist.
