Abstract

Anordnung zur Herstellung von Papier oder Karton, welche eine Sprayapplikationsanlage (10) aufweist, welche Sprühdüsen (4, 5) zum Sprühen einer Leimmischung wenigstens auf eine Oberfläche der Bahn (6) und einen Pressnip (3) zum Pressen der Bahn nach dem Sprühen der Leimmischung aufweist, wobei der Pressnip durch zwei gegeneinander belastbare drehbare Presselemente (1, 2) gebildet wird, und die Anordnung eine erste Trockenanlage (20) vor der Sprayapplikationsanlage (10) zur Trocknung der Bahn vor dem Sprayapplikationsvorgang aufweist. Die Anordnung weist vor der Sprayapplikationsanlage (10) eine Befeuchtungsanlage (11; 12) auf, welche die Bahn (6) vor der Sprayapplikation mit Feuchtigkeit zu profilieren konfiguriert ist, und wenn die Einlauffeuchtigkeit der Bahn vor der Sprayapplikation unter 15 % beträgt, ist die Befeuchtungsanlage konfiguriert die Bahn auf eine Einlauffeuchtigkeit von 15 - 50 % vor der Sprayapplikation zu befeuchten.
