Abstract

Es wird ein Luftstromsystem offenbart. Das System ist vorgesehenzur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug, umfassend einenVerbrennungsmotor, einen Wärmetauscher, eine Abdeckung und einZonen-Leitblech, welches den Motorraum von der Kühlzonetrennt. Das System umfasst einen seitlichen Lufteinlass, derein seitliches Lufteinlass-Leitblech umfasst. Das seitlicheLufteinlass-Leitblech ist so konfiguriert, dass es ein Vermischender von dem Motor erwärmten Luft mit der in dem Wärmetauschergenutzten Umgebungsluft verhindert. In einer anderenAusführungsform umfasst das System einen seitlichen Luftkanal.Der seitliche Luftkanal umfasst ein seitliches Luftkanalrohr,wobei das seitliche Luftkanalrohrzumindest teilweise im Motorraumangeordnet ist. Das seitliche Luftkanalrohr ist so konfiguriert,dass es ein Vermischen der von dem Motor erwärmtenLuft mit der in dem Wärmetauscher genutzten Umgebungsluft verhindert.
