Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Methode zur Synthese einer Verbindung mit Hilfe von biosynthetischen Wegen mit der Kultivierung von genetisch veränderten Wirtszellen, wobei die Zellen mit einer oder mehreren Nukleinsäuren verändert werden, wobei die Nukleinsäure die Nukleotidsequenzen für chimäre Proteine beinhalten, die aus Enzymen des biosynthetischen Wegs oder anderen funktionellen Polypeptiden sowie Faktoren, die sich an Nukleinsäure binden, zusammengesetzt sind, und die Programm-Nukleinsäuresequenz, die Zielelemente für Nukleinsäure enthalten, die von den genannten Faktoren des chimären Proteins erkannt werden, wobei sich die Faktoren an die Nukleinsäure binden und die genannte Programm-Nukleotisequenz zur Anordnung der Enzyme des biosynthetischen Wegs oder anderen funktionellen Polypeptiden entlang der Programm-Nukleinsäuresequenz dient und die genannte Kultivierung zur Synthese von genannten chimären Proteinen in genetisch veränderten Wirtszellen dient, was in der Produktion der genannten Verbindung resultiert. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Wirtszellen mit der Programm-Nukleinsäuresequenz, mit der Nukleinsäuresequenz, die die chimären Proteine exprimiert. Die Erfindung beschreibt die Methoden zu einer besseren Synthese der Verbindung.
