Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Konditionieren der Lauffläche zumindest eines brettförmigen Wintersportgerätes mittels wenigstens einer rotierbaren Schleifscheibe oder -walze (2), die einen zu ihrer Drehachse rotationssymmetrischen Schleifbelag (3) hat, der eine keramische, organische oder metallische Bindung mit darin eingebundenen Schleifkörnern aufweist, wobei die Bindung und/oder die Schleifkörner des Schleifbelags (3) während eines Abrichtvorganges mit Hilfe eines mit dem Schleifbelag (3) in Eingriff bringbaren Abrichtwerkzeuges (4) aus hartem Werkstoff teilweise oder vollständig zertrümmerbar ist. Die Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das an einem Ende einer Sonotrode (6) eines Ultraschallschwingers angeordnete Abrichtwerkzeug (4) mittels einer Halterung in der Vorrichtung (1) gehalten ist, dass das Abrichtwerkzeug (4) aus einer metallischen Bindung mit darin eingebundenen Hartstoffen hergestellt ist, und dass die metallische Bindung mit darin eingebundenen Hartstoffen des Abrichtwerkzeuges (4) eine im Vergleich zur Sonotrode (6) und/oder der Halterung in etwa übereinstimmende Resonanzfrequenz aufweisen. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Konditionieren der Lauffläche zumindest eines brettförmigen Wintersportgerätes unter Verwendung der oben beschriebenen Vorrichtung (1).The invention relates to a device (1) for conditioning the running surface of at least one board-shaped winter sports device by means of at least one rotatable grinding disk or roller (2) which has an abrasive coating (3) which is rotationally symmetrical to its axis of rotation and which has a ceramic, organic or metallic bond with abrasive grains embedded therein, wherein the bond and/or the abrasive grains of the abrasive coating (3) can be partially or completely broken up during a dressing process with the aid of a dressing tool (4) made of hard material which can be brought into engagement with the abrasive coating (3). The device is characterized in that the dressing tool (4) arranged at one end of a sonotrode (6) of an ultrasonic oscillator is held in the device (1) by means of a holder, that the dressing tool (4) is made of a metallic bond with hard materials incorporated therein, and that the metallic bond with the hard materials incorporated therein of the dressing tool (4) have a resonance frequency that is approximately the same as that of the sonotrode (6) and/or the holder. The invention also relates to a method for conditioning the running surface of at least one board-shaped winter sports device using the device (1) described above.
