Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Walze mit einem drehbarenWalzenmantel und einer Reihe Stützelemente, die stationär undbiegesteif innerhalb des Walzenmantels angebracht sind. DieStützelemente sind einzeln oder gruppenweise gesteuert mittelshydraulischem Arbeitsdruck gegen den Walzenmantel vorspannbar,um dessen Form örtlich zu beeinflussen. Weiterhin sindVentileinrichtungen zur Steuerung des hydraulischen Drucks inden Stützelementen sowohl in der Walze als auch benachbart zuoder an dem jeweils zu steuernden Stützelement oder der Gruppeder jeweils zu steuernden Stützelemente angebracht.
